This tray seems to be made of good, sturdy material. The cubes are about twice the size of regular cubes. But I had a hard time getting them out. I twisted, bent, and mangled the tray quite a bit trying to get them out. In the end, I had to use my fingers to pry them up, which was very awkward. Next time I'll spray them with warm water to see if that helps loosen them more easily. I like the large cubes, and they last a long time. I know other people here say they were easy to get out, so maybe someone can give me some tips. Update: Regarding the difficulty I had getting the cubes to get out, I found that pushing them from the bottom makes it much easier. - These cocktail ice cubes are perfect. The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is that they're hard to remove. The lid is nice to have, but it doesn't stick well. These are minor issues, in my opinion.02/04/2025
- This ice cube tray is ideal for cocktails and regular drinks. I like to use it for iced coffee and water. The sleeve is made of silicone, which makes it very easy to clean. It's a plus to be able to cover the ice, as I can place other frozen items on top if necessary. The only thing I don't like is that it can sometimes be a bit difficult to remove the cubes. - If you have a freezer that tends to "flavor" the ice, a silicone tray with a lid like this one should be sufficient. Personally, I probably should have looked for another tray to make smaller ice cubes, but it didn't seem fair to take away a star for a personal mistake. Keep in mind that the ice in this tray is quite large and a bit difficult to remove, so I recommend looking a little further if it's not exactly what you're looking for.12/30/2024
