Return Period

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

• Items must be unused and in the same condition as received.
• Original packaging must be included.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Partial Refunds

In the following cases, only a partial refund may be issued:

• Books with obvious signs of use
• Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes, or vinyl records
• Items not in original condition due to damage or missing parts (not caused by us)
• Returns made after 30 days

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchange Policy

Gift Returns

• If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit.
• If not a gift or shipped to the purchaser first, the refund goes back to the original buyer.

Return Shipping

• You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable (shipping fees will be deducted from refunds).
• For high-value items, consider using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
